Product Feature
Driving system:MKL series automatic laminator adopted timing belt improsted from Japan. The timing belt set was constructed of an extremely wear resistant polyurethane and a high tensile steel cord tension member. The combinationg of both these high grade materials for the extremely accurate and reliable.
The gluing system:The adjusted glue roller system applies evenly on the corrugated paper and achieved gluing action. The special pattern design glue roller mak board to board laminatings are possible. The recycle gluing system that is refilled the glue in the slot at both gluing rollers by electric glue controller. The gluing system prevent wasting glue that make it efficiency.Patented suction belt feeding mechanism of the bottom sheet feeder. The corrugated paper is attached and go through the gates by suction belt .and make the corrugated A,B,C,D,E and F,single and double wall, deliver smoothly.
